This section shows how EU decision-makers work to shape EU policies. We measure two dimensions: an assessment of the level of influence of each entity and the direction in which they prefer to sway the policies.

These measurements are based on the analysis of official and publicly available information processed by our experts and updated on a regular basis. They include voting and legislative activity records and public statements. You can read more about our methodology here.
